Sarbjeet Sidhu

Sarbjeet Sidhu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as an Industrial Trainee at Jusco, where they gained experience in the finance sector and visited water mills. In 2019, they joined Tata Steel as an Industrial Trainee. In the same year, they also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue Ocean Ventures, where they were involved in end-to-end recruitment and campus placements. From 2020 to 2022, Sarbjeet worked at Accenture as an HR Service Delivery Associate, responsible for employee data management, onboarding, and termination. In 2022, they moved to EPIC Investment Partners as a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager. Currently, Sarbjeet is working as a Manager at Blue Ocean Ventures.

Sarbjeet Sidhu completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behaviour from Alliance University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Sarbjeet studied Commerce at CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with honors in Accounts. Sarbjeet's education history also includes completing Higher Secondary Education (ICSE/ISE) from Sacred Heart Convent School from 2012 to 2014.
