Danielle Roach has extensive experience in talent acquisition and onboarding, having worked at Blue Ocean Contact Centers as a Manager and Coordinator. Prior to that, Danielle worked at Cisco as an Operations Trainer in Pro-Active Order Management and Order management- Logistics & Entitlement.
