Paolo Castelletti is an experienced professional in marketing and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the Founder of Blue of a Kind, a company dedicated to creating unique denim garments in Italy founded in June 2017. Additionally, Paolo co-founded Kaaja in October 2020, spearheading digital transformation in the real estate sector as the Chief Marketing & Product Officer and Board Member until October 2024. Previously, Paolo held various leadership roles, including Performance Marketing Advisor at Treedom and Head of Growth Marketing at Altisource for Hubzu.com, overseeing extensive teams and marketing initiatives. With a strong background in user experience, e-commerce, and marketing management, Paolo has also contributed significantly to companies like Euclidea, REPLAY, Bravofly, and Monclick. Paolo holds a Laurea in Relazioni Pubbliche and Marketing from IULM University, completed between 1995 and 1999.

The Blue of a Kind project has been primarily conceived and created in a post-modern cultural sphere, with the vision to define a new standard in 21 century’s fashion. We believe in the possibility to reconcile uncompromised style, contemporary fit and products with a valuable heritage, together with a sustainable production process. For this reason, all of our products are made exclusively from vintage products handcrafted with the use of leftovers and surplus. That’s our approach to "chic" in the contemporary age, mixing street-fashion and vintage to create a new, effortless and relaxed way to luxury.
