Angie Wise

Angie Wise is a seasoned professional in safety and mission assurance, currently serving as the Vice President of Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance at Blue Origin since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Vice President of Safety and Mission Assurance and Director of Mission Assurance at Sierra Space from April 2013 to September 2025. At NASA from October 2007 to April 2013, Angie Wise worked as a Program Integration Engineer in the Space Launch System and Constellation Program, focusing on system safety and compliance with human spaceflight regulations. Additionally, as Deputy Chief Safety and Mission Assurance Officer for the Ares I-X Program, Angie Wise directed S&MA objectives for one of NASA's significant test flights. Earlier experience as a Safety and Mission Assurance Engineer at Hernandez Engineering Inc. involved developing repair methods during NASA's Return to Flight effort. Angie Wise holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
