Benjamin Gibson is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, holding a Bachelor of Science degree earned in June 2023. Currently serving as an Analyst - Propulsion II at Blue Origin since August 2023, Benjamin previously gained valuable experience as a Technical Intern - Stress Analyst at Sierra Space, where finite element models for the Dreamchaser spacecraft were built and analyzed using FEMAP and NASTRAN. Prior to that, Benjamin worked as a Technical Intern - Design Engineer at Sierra Space, designing softgoods for thermal protection systems and presenting concept design reviews to a team of over ten individuals while managing extensive documentation related to thermal protection systems.
