Bob Mabe

Bob Mabe is a senior leader in operations, business development, and manufacturing with a strong analytical background. They have extensive experience in manufacturing and production, process improvement, and project management, having served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Deere-Hitachi from 2006 to 2016, where they established processes for new models and led cost reduction initiatives. From 2017 to 2022, Bob held the position of Plant Manager at Orano, evaluating employee performance and managing various operational tasks. Currently, they are a Senior Manager in Manufacturing, Operations, and Assembly at Blue Origin and also serve as Senior Leader of Manufacturing and Operations at Building Blocks Facades, while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
