Celeste Wood

Celeste Wood is the Director of Contracts at Blue Origin, bringing extensive experience in contract management and negotiations within the Defense & Space industry. Previously, Celeste served as a Senior Manager in Contracts at Raytheon, where they managed contracts for the Air and Missile Defense Systems, specifically on the SM-3 program. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Contracts Negotiator at Lockheed Martin from 2007 to 2016, participating in all phases of business development and contract negotiations. Celeste holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Applied Economics and an MBA from Florida State University.
