Ms. Alcorn has over 19 years of direct federal and commercial contract management experience, primarily with Department of Energy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and General Services Administration contracts. Her experience includes direct interaction with contracting officers at the federal level, change order management, and subcontracting and procurement management on government contracts with a combined valued of ~$100M. She regularly supports proposal efforts on complex opportunities by writing contracts/subcontract and procurement management plans, small business subcontracting plans, and managing business volume for submittal to federal agencies. Ms. Alcorn brings combined management experience to comprehensively manage both small and large complex projects such as IDIQ contracts with multiple task orders. Ms. Alcorn earned her Master’s Certification in Contract Management through The George Washington University, School of Business in 2017.
