Hannah Paynter

Hannah Paynter is a Senior Recruiter and Client Lead at Blue Origin since March 2021, overseeing corporate recruiting for various functions including Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Facilities, and Security. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Recruiter at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions and Honeywell, where full lifecycle recruitment was managed across diverse corporate roles. Additionally, Hannah served as a Program Support Specialist at the US Army Corps of Engineers, focusing on improving the hiring process, and held various staffing positions at Wells Fargo over an eight-year span. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Spanish for the Professions from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Science in Organizational Design, Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
