Joel L. possesses extensive experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as RCA Team Leader, Recruiter, and Root Cause Engineer at Blue Origin since October 2019, where Joel established and scaled the RCA program, leading over 100 major root cause projects. Prior roles include CEO/Consultant at ISO Consultancy, Senior Quality Manager at General Plastics Mfg. Co. where a team won the Boeing Supplier of the Year award in 2019, and QMS Manager at STRATA Manufacturing, where Joel developed the first Aerospace Composite Manufacturing company in the UAE. Career highlights also include various engineering positions at Boeing, including Supplier Quality Engineer and Configuration Management Engineer, as well as early roles as an A&P mechanic. Joel holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and is pursuing a Systems Engineering Certificate from the University of Southern California.
