Josh Arnold is a Materials & Process Engineer at Blue Origin since October 2022, focusing on the BE-4 Engine program within Turbomachinery and Injector IPTs. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Product Development Engineer and Metallurgist at Howmet Aerospace from July 2018 to October 2022, specializing in new product introduction for forging processes involving titanium and nickel superalloys in aerospace applications. Experience also includes a position as a Graduate Researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory from August 2016 to July 2018, where research was conducted at the Manufacturing Demonstration Facility. Additionally, Josh held positions as a Langley Aerospace Research Scholar at NASA during both September to December 2013 and June to August 2014, contributing to the HyMETS arc-jet facility. Josh earned a Master of Science in Materials Science (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science (2011-2015), both from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
