Kashie Stott

Kashie Stott is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Process Specialist at Blue Origin since June 2025. In this role, Kashie is responsible for developing and enhancing recruiting processes to attract top talent while collaborating with various stakeholders to adapt to regulatory and business changes. Prior experience includes leading talent acquisition efforts at Bullhorn and serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ontario Systems, where a focus was placed on full life cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
