Technical Lead For Blue Moon Mk1 Guidance, Navigation, & Control at Blue Origin

Lloyd Strohl is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in guidance, navigation, and control systems for space vehicles. Currently serving as the Lunar Guidance Lead at Blue Origin since February 2019, Lloyd oversees the development of advanced trajectory planning algorithms and flight software, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with external partners. Previous roles include GNC Engineer at Blue Origin, Dynamics and Controls Analyst at SSL, Senior Flight Controls Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, and Modeling and Simulation Engineer at KAB Laboratories, among others. Lloyd holds a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
