Mark Davidson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Blue Origin, Mark focuses on shaping HR strategies for teams building the road to space. Prior roles include significant contributions at Microsoft, where Mark was the first dedicated HR Leader for the low-code Power Platform, resulting in substantial growth in usage and revenue.
