Mike Tam

Mike Tam serves as the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Blue Origin since November 2018, focusing on New Glenn sub-assemblies and previously held roles as Sr. Manager and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer for the same program. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Roush Fenway Racing, where responsibilities as Director of Race Engineering encompassed workflow management, development of simulation tools, and comprehensive data analysis for race day support. Mike Tam also held multiple engineering positions in NASCAR teams, contributing to vehicle dynamics, setup management, and data-driven engineering solutions. Mike Tam earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
