Nathan Poffenbarger

Nathan Poffenbarger currently serves as a Senior Thermal Fluids Engineer at Blue Origin, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nathan accumulated extensive experience at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company over a 16-year period, where positions included Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Thermal System Analyst. Responsibilities encompassed systems-level thermal engineering, executing and post-processing thermal models, and ensuring the survivability of electronic assemblies under various environmental conditions. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from San José State University, completed in 2007.
