Peter Fomichev

Peter Fomichev is a Senior Product Manager (Technical) at Blue Origin since August 2025. Prior to this role, Fomichev served as a Product Manager at Avride from August 2022 to August 2025, where autonomous deliveries were launched in collaboration with Uber, Grubhub, and Rakuten. Fomichev's experience at Yandex spanned from August 2014 to August 2022, encompassing significant roles such as Product Manager for the Yandex Self-Driving Group, where Fomichev led autonomous delivery initiatives, and Product Manager for Yandex Lavka, achieving a 30% reduction in order assembly time through innovative warehouse processes. Earlier in the career, Fomichev contributed to the redesign of Yandex Taxi’s online portal and managed awarded advertising projects. Fomichev holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Physics from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET), obtained in January 2014.
