Philip Ching is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in avionics, systems engineering, and integration. Currently serving as an Engineer - Avionics, Instruments & GNC Sr. at Blue Origin, responsibilities include championing technical processes and best practices for product development, overseeing mentoring initiatives and acting as a subject matter expert during program reviews. Previous roles include Specialist Engineer at Virgin Galactic, where Philip focused on supplier development and systems engineering management, as well as a Staff Project Engineer at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, leading Ground Modernization and United States Air Force programs.
