Phillip Bradley

Phillip Bradley is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as the Director of New Glenn Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) labs at Blue Origin since August 2017. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Avionics Specialty Engineering Manager at United Launch Alliance (ULA) from December 2006 to January 2017, where management responsibilities included overseeing engineering efforts related to Power Systems, EMI/EMC, Radiation, and Electrical Parts, Materials and Processes. Phillip also served as Technical Lead for Batteries at ULA, focusing on the development, qualification, and integration of batteries for Delta IV and Atlas V launch vehicles. Phillip holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington, earned between 1991 and 1995.
