Randy Lillard

Randy Lillard is a seasoned Program Manager at Orbital Reef since June 2021, with previous experience as a Senior Manager at Capital One, where responsibilities included aligning technology investments with strategic business goals. Prior roles include serving as a Program Examiner at the Office of Management and Budget, overseeing NASA's exploration budget, and various leadership positions at NASA from September 2012 to February 2019, including Manager of the Exploration Technology Office and Chief of the Thermal Design Branch. Lillard holds a Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Doctor of Philosophy in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
