Sarah Phelps

Sarah Phelps currently serves as the Managing Director of Astronaut Sales, Commercial Partnerships, and Customer Experience & Hospitality at Blue Origin, beginning in August 2018. In this role, Sarah has developed the customer journey for space travelers on the New Shepard vehicle and managed the Astronaut Experience for multiple flights. Additionally, Sarah is building the customer experience for the New Glenn orbital vehicle and the Orbital Reef commercial space station. Previously, from February 2005 to July 2018, Sarah was the Director of Member Services at Yellowstone Club, overseeing a large team and diverse operations generating substantial revenue. Sarah also held positions at Club Med, Palm Desert High School, Rafferty Consulting Group, and KESQ-TV. Sarah holds a BA in French Area Studies from Cornell University.
