Tom Weiss

Tom Weiss is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at BLUE ORIGIN since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tom held various HR positions at Amazon from September 2011 to January 2022, including Director of Recruiting for Alexa, Amazon Stores, and Senior Recruiting Manager for Amazon Books & Amazon Go. Before their time at Amazon, Tom served as an HR Business Partner at Johnsonville Sausage and held roles at Walt Disney World, including Labor Operations Scheduling Specialist and Guest Service Manager. Tom graduated from the University of Idaho in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.
