Wayne Whittley

Wayne Whittley is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader at Blue Origin since May 2019, where significant contributions include transforming a 100-person operation into a 4,000-person campus and facilitating the production of the New Glenn rocket while expanding the workforce from 1,000 to over 13,000 employees. Prior to this role, Wayne served as a Recruiting Manager at Aerotek from May 2016 to May 2019, leading a team of over 10 recruiters and successfully managing full-cycle hiring for manufacturing accounts. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Eastern Florida State College, with an ongoing pursuit of a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
