Xavier Simon

Xavier Simon currently serves as the Configuration Design Leader at Blue Origin since August 2022. Prior to this role, Xavier held significant positions at Boeing from January 2003 to October 2022, including Associate Technical Fellow for Spacecraft Configuration Design, where expertise in conceptual design and systems integration was applied to projects such as Lunar Landers and crewed interplanetary landers. Xavier’s career began at Aerocon, Inc. as an Aerospace Engineer, followed by roles at Lockheed Martin and PTC, focusing on configuration design and engineering consulting. Xavier holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Certificate in Model Based Systems Engineering from MIT, and a Certificate in Leadership and Management from UC Irvine.
