Alexa Duquette

Alexa Duquette (Mignogna) is a consultant in HR Operations at Blue Owl Capital, a leading asset manager with $150 billion in assets under management, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Alexa held multiple positions at BlackRock from August 2018 to October 2022, including Associate and Analyst within the Americas Operations Team. Alexa also served as Department Manager at Jefferson Surgical Center from September 2016 to August 2018 and worked as Operations and Diversity Recruiting Coordinator at Goldman Sachs from October 2015 to October 2016. Alexa earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Speech Pathology & Audiology and Deaf Studies from Towson University, completing 150 credits between 2009 and 2012.
