Drew Phillips

Drew Phillips currently serves as Managing Director at Blue Owl Capital, a position held since October 2024. Prior experience includes a decade at Atalaya Capital Management, where Drew was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2024. Drew co-founded Tiger Bay Advisors, LLC, and held the role of Head of Fund and Client Legal at Bridgewater Associates from 2009 to 2011. Previous positions also include Assistant General Counsel at The Rohatyn Group and The Bank Of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd., as well as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Drew holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Columbia University.
