Marina Patrick Deutsch

Marina Patrick Deutsch has a range of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Marina is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Blue Owl Capital, where they are responsible for driving long-term growth and providing alternative investment opportunities. Prior to this, Marina worked at BlackRock as a Vice President, leading a team responsible for recruiting and diversity strategy. Marina also held roles as an Associate and Vice President in talent acquisition at BlackRock. Marina began their career as a Recruiter at JW Michaels & Co., focusing on recruiting for Asset Managers and Accounting and Finance professionals.
