Scott McKay

Scott McKay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Scott currently holds the position of Managing Director / Liquid Credit at Blue Owl Capital since 2022. Prior to this, Scott served as a Board Member at Backyard Sports Cares starting from 2016. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Littlejohn & Co as a CLO / Leveraged Loan Portfolio Manager. Before that, Scott was a Managing Director - Portfolio Manager at Redan Park Asset Management from 2013 to 2015. Scott also held the position of Managing Director - Portfolio Manager at Doral Leveraged Asset Management (Doral Bank) from 2009 to 2013. Scott started their career in finance at Rothschild as an Associate - Investment Banking Restructuring from 2008 to 2009, followed by working as an Associate - Investment Banking Leveraged Finance at Bear Stearns & Co. from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their career in finance, Scott served as a Captain - Acquisition / Finance Officer in the United States Air Force from 2001 to 2006.

Scott McKay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the United States Air Force Academy in 2001. Scott later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, which they completed in 2005. Prior to their higher education, McKay attended Bellarmine College Preparatory from 1992 to 1996.
