Erwin Bakker

Erwin Bakker has extensive experience in process engineering and project management within the metals and minerals sector, particularly focused on municipal waste incineration ash. Currently serving as Manager of Research and Innovation and previously as Senior Process Engineer at Blue Phoenix Group since August 2013, Erwin has played a significant role in advancing innovative processing techniques. Prior to this, Erwin held positions as Operations Manager (a.i.) and Process Engineer at ACCN, and worked as a Project Manager at Van Tongeren Kennemer BV and Decistor. Erwin's early career involved roles as an R&D Process Engineer at Bakker Magnetics and a researcher at Delft University of Technology. Educational credentials include an MSc in Resource Engineering with a focus on Recycling and Minerals Processing from Delft University of Technology.
