Paul Schmitzberger

Paul Schmitzberger has an extensive work experience. Paul started as an Assistent at the European Parliament in 2012. In 2013 they were an Executive Office at Raiffeisenbank a.s. In 2014 they were a Visiting Researcher at Österreichische Bundesforste AG and an Energy, Ressources and Infrastructure at the Federation of Austrian Industries. In 2016 they were a European Affairs & MA at Telekom Austria Group. Since 2019 they have been the Co-Founder and CEO at Blue Planet Ecosystems, where they build, develops and operates modular Closed Loop Photo Protein Reactors for sustainable food production in extreme environments.

Paul Schmitzberger obtained a Master of Economics from The University of Hong Kong, a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) in Renewable Energy Systems from FH Burgenland, and a Bachelor of Science - BS from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
