David Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell brings more than two decades of experience in a combination of capital markets, CFO, Renewable, and M&A experience. Most recently, in April 2014 Mr. Mitchell co-founded Helio Energias Renovaveis, a Brazilian solar energy company.

Prior to Helio, Mr. Mitchell served as CFO for a number of public and private companies, including Macquarie Infrastructure Company (NYSE: MIC), and has also worked for Citi, Deutsche Bank & Macquarie.

Mr. Mitchell is a CPA and holds a B.A. with Departmental Honors in Economics from Gettysburg College
