Product Innovation Manager at Blue Radix

Peter Goudswaard has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Peter began their career as an Energy Consultant at Energy Matters BV in 2007, where they focused on sustainable energy generation and industrial energy supply. Peter was involved in benchmarking studies and technical improvement projects for both national and international industrial sites. From 2010 to 2014, Peter took on the responsibility of organizing symposia and excursions for the knowledge network Bio CHP.

In 2014, Peter joined AgroEnergy as a Product Developer, creating and developing data-driven energy solutions. Peter later transitioned into the role of Product Owner, collaborating with data scrum teams and a data science team. Peter thrived in solving complex problems and designing solutions that enhanced daily operations. Peter remained with AgroEnergy until September 2020.

Peter's most recent position is with Blue Radix, where they started as a Product Developer in September 2020. At Blue Radix, they implemented data-driven solutions for growers' energy management and worked on creating new solutions for autonomous climate management. Currently, Peter holds the position of Product Innovation Manager, responsible for translating market opportunities into product features.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated their expertise in energy management, data-driven solutions, and product development.

Peter Goudswaard has a diverse education history with a focus on business administration, management, data analytics, and mechanical engineering. In 2007, they completed their MSc in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management at Delft University of Technology. Prior to that, in 2004, they attended the Summer School at the faculty of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Queensland.

In 2010, Peter obtained a certification in Design of Gas Turbine & Combined Cycle Cogeneration from Thermoflow. Peter then attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2017 to participate in a Masterclass on Data Analysis, specifically utilizing R for advanced analytics.

Continuing their education, Peter pursued a degree in Usability from LOI, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia, from 2020 to 2021. In 2022 to 2023, they studied Commercial Innovation and Strategy, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, at Schouten & Nelissen.

Furthermore, Peter acquired additional certification in March 2016 as a PSPO I Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org.
