Phil Satlof

Phil Satlof has over two decades of experience in program and project management within technology and geographic analysis. Currently, Phil holds multiple titles at Blue Raster, including Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager since September 2013. Prior to this, from March 2007 to July 2013, Phil served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Nokia, where responsibilities included translating customer requirements for software development. Phil's career began at NAVTEQ as a Senior Geographic Analyst from 2001 to 2007, focusing on creating 2D and 3D map databases and leading successful field data collection projects. Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Cartography from The George Washington University.
