Abhishek Thakore

Abhishek Thakore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development, leadership, and social initiatives. As the Founder of The Blue Ribbon Movement since July 2009, Abhishek has spearheaded various initiatives aimed at promoting consent-based decision-making and youth leadership. In April 2019, Abhishek co-founded Wisdom Tree, focusing on empowerment and support for underprivileged communities through whole systems transformation. Additionally, Abhishek operates as a Freelance Facilitator and OD Professional, having facilitated transformations for over 50 organizations. Abhishek has held positions at Aberkyn and Hay Group, contributing to leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Abhishek's academic credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and an exchange program at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
