Barbara Clough

Barbara Clough is a seasoned professional in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) industry, currently serving as the Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates since August 2022, where responsibilities include guiding companies through transitions to employee ownership and consulting on ESOP allocations and compliance. Previously, Barbara held positions such as Senior Manager at Crowe and Director of the ESOP Group at Newport Group, in addition to serving as a Board Member for the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO). Barbara's extensive experience also includes managing ESOP administration and compliance at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates and leading the ESOP Department at Angell Pension Group.
