Cathy Ivancic

Cathy Ivancic is an experienced professional in employee ownership and organizational development, currently serving as Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates since February 2023. With a long-standing career at Workplace Development Inc. since 2004, Cathy specializes in creating informed and engaged employee owners by collaborating with company leaders and ESOP committees. Cathy has held board positions and committee roles at The Equity Engineering Group and has provided training at the Business Literacy Institute. Previous roles include ESOP Communication Consultant at Principal Financial Group and President/Consultant/Owner at Ownership Development Inc. Cathy's early career includes serving as Associate Director at the Ohio Employee Ownership Center, where foundational work in employee ownership was established. Cathy holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University.
