Kip Kuster

Kip Kuster, QKA, currently serves as the ESOP Manager at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, where responsibilities include ESOP administration, compliance testing, and Form 5500 preparation following the acquisition of Crowe LLP’s retirement plan TPA services. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. ESOP Administrator at Crowe, where Kip prepared annual allocation reports and consulted on retirement plans. Earlier roles feature positions as a Benefit Plan Consultant at Crowe and internships at David Vaughan Investments and State Farm Research and Development Center. Kip holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has participated in a study abroad program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Active memberships include the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, National Center for Employee Ownership, and The ESOP Association.
