Joseph Carpinelli

Joseph Carpinelli is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical and supervisory roles. Currently serving as Outside Plant Supervisor and previously as Field Service Technician at Blue Ridge Communications since February 2008, Joseph has developed expertise in the telecommunications field. Prior military service as a Rifleman in the United States Marine Corps from 2005 to 2007 underscores a strong foundation in discipline and teamwork. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Penn State University (2014-2019) and has received specialized training from Automotive Training Center (2004-2005) and Lancaster County Career and Technology Center (2003-2004). Additionally, Joseph graduated from Conestoga Valley Senior High School in 2004.
