Laura Harrold is currently the Employee Benefits Manager at Blue Ridge Companies, Inc. Laura has over eight years of experience in the field of property management. Laura began their career as a Leasing Consultant with Phillips Management Group in 2009. Laura then moved on to become a Leasing Consultant with RE Carroll Management in 2010. In 2012, Laura was promoted to Assistant Property Manager with Internacional Realty Management. In this role, they were responsible for posting rent, collections, filing evictions, processing invoices, completing deposit accounting, creating newsletters and renewals. Laura was successful in reducing month end delinquency by more than 90%. In 2013, Laura joined Brown Investment Properties as their Assistant Site Manager. During their time at Brown Investments, Laura helped to drive occupancy from 82% to 99%. Laura performed all leasing duties as well as post rent and process invoices. Laura has been with Blue Ridge Companies, Inc. since 2014 and is currently their Employee Benefits Manager.
Laura Harrold has an Associate's degree in Interior Design from Randolph Community College, as well as a Diploma in General Studies from Trinity High School.
