Shana Golladay

Shana Golladay is currently the Director of Education & Training at Blue Ridge Companies, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Community Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners from June 2011 to November 2014. There, they managed and trained a team of 12 employees, oversaw accounts receivable/payable, prepared reports for owners, reviewed financials with assistant manager and maintenance supervisor, handled resident issues, and evaluated the market with weekly market surveys and outreach marketing.
