Stephanie Moran

Stephanie Moran is the regional manager at Blue Ridge Companies, Inc. Stephanie has over six years of experience in the industry, having previously worked as a regional manager at RE Carroll Management. In their current role, they oversee a portfolio of up to eight apartment communities and forty high-rise units located in Greensboro, High Point, and Durham totaling 2,282 units. Stephanie has a proven track record of effectively managing on-site employees, negotiating contracts with vendors, and administering budgets. Stephanie has also overseen numerous capital improvement projects and has extensive experience in dealing with new construction issues.

Stephanie Moran has a B.S. in Business Administration (Management/Marketing) from Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, and they are certified by the National Apartment Association as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
