Ashley Waters has extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and business administration. Currently serving as the CFO & Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, Ashley is responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and analyzing actual vs. budget results. With previous roles as a Certified Public Accountant at various companies, Ashley has a strong background in providing business and tax advisory services, establishing financial plans and policies, and maintaining fiscal records. Ashley's education includes a BS in Commerce with Distinction in Management & Marketing from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
