Barbara Clough

Barbara Clough is a Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates, where Barbara assists companies with their transition to employee ownership. Barbara has extensive experience in the ESOP industry, working on ESOP allocations, testing, and consulting issues. Prior to their current role, Barbara held positions at Crowe, The National Center for Employee Ownership, Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness, Newport Group, and Angell Pension Group. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
