Jim Bado

Jim Bado is currently the Managing Director at Blue Ridge ESOP Associates since February 2023. Prior to this, Jim was the President at Workplace Development from September 2001 to February 2023, and a Consultant at Ownership Development from June 1994 to January 2001. Jim holds a BA in History and Political Science as well as an MA in Political Science from Kent State University. Jim specializes in providing ESOP communication, training, and consulting services to employee-owned companies nationwide.
