Katie Barthel

Katie Barthel, MSN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has worked at UNC Health Blue Ridge since March 2021. Previously, Katie was a Registered Nurse at Mission Health from May 2015 to March 2021, where Katie worked in the surgical admissions teaching and testing unit. Before that, Katie worked as an Emergency Room Nurse at Longmont United Hospital from April 2008 to April 2015. Katie holds a Master's degree in Family Practice Nursing from Regis University, completed in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont College of Nursing and Health Sciences, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
