Paul E. Delmerico

Paul E. Delmerico is originally from Dobbs Ferry, NY. He as a SB Degree in Industrial Design from the University of Bridgeport and an MBA from Shenandoah University. Paul is an Equity partner and General Manager at SpecialMade Goods & Services, Inc., a privately held value added distributor and product development company based in Winchester, VA. 40 + years of experience in business management, new product development and marketing working in private industry and the Federal Government.

Paul is active in the community and is the Past Chair of Shenandoah University’s Harry F. Byrd Jr. School of Business Advisory Board and has served on that Board for 7 years. He has Chaired SU’s annual Business Symposium in the past and is currently a leader in the upcoming 2018 Symposium for the Byrd School. As an alumnus of Shenandoah University, Paul has a direct link and resounding interest in helping The Byrd School of Business create the next generation of exceptional business leaders.

Paul has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010, including a term as Board Chair and holding leadership roles on committees including Board Governance and the CEO Search Committee.

Paul’s broad experience in business includes leadership roles in large corporate entities, entrepreneurial small business and the Federal Government. His career in product design and business management produced over 30 patents and recognition for innovation and leadership.
