Yan Val

Yan Val has extensive work experience in consulting and advisory services. Yan began their career at Arthur Andersen in 1999, where they worked as a Staff Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. In 2002, they joined Ernst & Young Advisory Services as a Senior Consultant and progressed to the role of Manager before becoming a Senior Manager. Yan worked at Ernst & Young for 12 years until 2014. Since 2014, Yan Val has been employed at Blue Ridge Partners, starting as a Manager and subsequently being promoted to Senior Manager and ultimately becoming a Principal in January 2018.

Yan Val received a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from NYU Stern School of Business in 2006. Prior to that, Yan Val obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting / Economics from Baruch College in 1999.
