Kenneth McLaughlin

Kenneth McLaughlin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business intelligence within the solar energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Proposal Management and Director of Business Intelligence at Blue Ridge Power since November 2022, Kenneth previously held multiple senior roles at GameChange Solar, including Director of Project Management and Lead Project Manager. Kenneth’s background includes positions as Project Manager at Crown Sign Systems, Inc. and as a Foreman at New Generation Energy & Environment, where a commitment to high-quality, efficient solar installations was emphasized. Prior roles also include Construction Manager and Lead Installer at SolarCity, alongside experience in graphic design through freelance and project-based positions. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
