V. Lee Spruill III

V. Lee Spruill III is an experienced educational leader and workforce development professional, currently serving as the Workforce Development Program Manager at Blue Ridge Power since April 2022. Prior to this role, V. Lee Spruill III held the position of School Principal at Eastover-Central Elementary School from July 2020 to April 2022 and was the Director of Communications at Horne Brothers Construction Inc. for one year. V. Lee Spruill III also has extensive experience in K-12 education, having served as High School Principal at Cape Fear High School for nearly nine years and as Assistant Principal at Terry Sanford High School, where responsibilities included serving as Athletic Director during the 2006-2007 school year. V. Lee Spruill III began the career in education as a teacher in the Social Studies Department while coaching soccer.
