Shailesh Pande

Shailesh Pande is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Senior Director at Blue Ridge since October 2019, Shailesh has also held the positions of Director of Engineering and Associate Director. Prior to this role, Shailesh worked at Fiserv as Senior Solution Architect - Advisory II from September 2018 to October 2019, and at Accenture (Avanade) as Technology Architect from September 2015 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes a tenure at IBM as Application Architect and at Nihilent Technologies as System Analyst. Shailesh began the career at e-Zest Solutions Ltd. as Team Leader. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
